I watched yesterday Poinsettias for Christmas. I taped it when it was on Lifetime. It has Bethany Joy Lenz, River Angeli, Rhonda Dent, Sharon Lawrence, Lauren London, Marcus Rosner, John Schneider, and Amélie Will Wolf in it.
In this movie, a woman named Ellie gets a call from her mother asking her to come back home to help her father on the family poinsettia farm. Her mother says her father hurt his back, but that wasn’t true. The poinsettias weren’t turning red like they are supposed to. They had a huge order to fill and the plants need to be red. Ellie tries to help, but runs out of ideas until she realizes that the city lights were affecting the plants. So they cover the plants and they turn red in time. She also falls in love with the guy who had been helping out at the poinsettia farm. She also realizes she misses home so she quits her job and moves back home.
I did like this movie. Next week I’m watching A Crafty Christmas Romance.
