I had mentioned that I watched US over the Thanksgiving holiday. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, HBO was on as a free preview. I did tape the movie and I also watched it when it was on tv. I later watched it again with my mother. It has Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke, Elisabeth Moss, Tim Heidecker, Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex, Madison Curry, Noelle Sheldon. and Cali Sheldon in it.

Warning: there is lots of violence and a shocking ending.

In this movie, a girl is at the boardwalk at Santa Cruz with her family. She stumbles into a hall of mirrors and sees something terrifying. She grows up and has a family of her own. Her husband suggests going to the beach as a vacation. She doesn’t want to, but she does anyway. Then a family of four shows up at their house. That family of four wants their lives. The girl who saw that terrifying thing starts remembering the terrifying truth about herself.

I loved this movie. I hope Jordan Peele does do a US universe movie, or at least a back story of what happened to the experiment.
