Over the weekend I finished reading Digital Fortress by Dan Brown. It is a standalone book. It isn’t part of the Robert Landon book series. Although I did find out he does have a new Robert Landon book coming out in October.
Warning: there is a surprise twist that I didn’t expect.
Digital Fortress is about a woman named Susan Fletcher. She works at the NSA as a cryptographer. She’s engaged to a professor. She is called into work on a Saturday because her boss found a code that an expensive code breaking machine couldn’t break. She and the professor do break the code and save the NSA.
The book reminds of Edward Snowden and what he did. Now I’m reading The Templar Legacy by Steve Berry.
