I didn’t get to watch Before I Fall, I’ll watch it in few weeks. So I continued my Underworld marathon. I had seen Underworld Awakening, but I couldn’t remember much of it. It has Kate Beckinsale, Stephen Rea, Michael Ealy, and Theo James in it.
Warning: there is lots of violence.
Underworld Awakening continues in the future. The humans hunt down the vampires and werewolves. Selene and Michael are taken by a medical group. They are supposedly making a cure. But the head scientist is a Lycan and he has his own plans. Selene misses 12 years and wakes up with visions. The visions are from the other person they were experimenting on. Selene finds out it’s a little girl who is her daughter. In the end, her daughter kills the scientist and they free Michael.
Next week I’m watching the new Underworld movie: Underworld: Blood Wars. And then I’ll start a Resident Evil marathon.

Ooh! I just went to see the new Resident Evil a few months ago. Awesome movie series. Milla is my hero! 🙂 I’ve seen every single one at the theatre, even if I had to go by myself.
I love the Underworld concept. And Kate B. is awesome. (Can’t believe that’s the same girl from Branagh’s “Much Ado About Nothing” Shakespeare movie!) I have seen the first 2… but fizzled after that… *sigh*

There’s, um, 5, I think? (Why am I doubting myself? lol.) Or maybe this newest (and LAST) was the 6th? Not many movie series keep my attention… what’s cool is they’re all pretty much stand-alone movies… the main thread being Milla’s character… which, I have to say… watch all the earlier ones BEFORE the newest one… (no spoilers!) 🙂
